Dublin, 23rd November 2024. After a man naturalised Irish stabbed three children and two adults in front of a school in Dublin, many far-right supporters protested in the streets of the Dublin city centre, reducing the central O’Connell street to a battlefield. The situation escalated when a big group of what the community called ‘scumbaggs’ – but were actually members and supporters of the Irish National Party – burnt a few public transport vehicles, some Garda’s vehicles, attacked police officers, and looted shops in the main streets.
